Delivery Time

Before shipping, Hebebridal must process your order and conduct strict quality control tests on all items. Therefore, the total delivery time is different from the shipping time alone.

Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time 

• Processing time: from your payment received date to the order pack-up. Processing time normally depends on the dress styles and handwork, simple dresses can be finished in 7days, while some complicated dresses may need over 15 days.
• Shipping time: this time is the actual shipping time, it depends on the shipping method you choose.

We do everything in our power to ensure you receive your dress in a timely manner; however, sometimes matters beyond our control, like customs or severe weather, may affect the delivery of your package. Please contact our customer service team before placing your order to ensure you can receive your dress if you need to rush your order.

Shipping Fee

We offer 3 shipping methods

• Free Shipping. This method delivers within 10-20 business days.

• Standard Shipping. Standard Shipping starts from $29.9 (depending on the number of dresses and weight of the dresses). This method delivers within 7-10 business days.
• Expedited Shipping. Expedited Shipping starts from $39.9 (depending on the number of dresses and weight of the dresses). This method delivers within 3-8 business days.

*Total Shipping Time of mixed orders with items in different dresses should be calculated using the longest estimate times listed.
